We don't have much to report this week.

This last weekend we did a lot of eating and shopping in celebration of Ashley’s 21st birthday (last Sunday). Tons of fun.

We did make a new purchase, 4 ping pong paddles and some balls. It’s been great fun playing, Clay and I usually take Claire down to the club and we play while Claire shags balls. It’s pretty cool that she thinks chasing our ping pong balls is a good time. We also had Ash and Shah join us for a ping pong foursome. (Thanks Pat and Lora for the great idea! The next time you come to visit we are prepared:)

Clay rode the bus this week for the first time. Picks him up about 10 feet outside the gate at the apartment and drops him off across the street from the new office. Runs 6 rupees and he gets to get stared at a bunch, so he has found a good reliable way to work at 7 am.

We planned a trip for this coming weekend for Ashley’s birthday present. We are going to Goa Friday through Monday (that’s why I’m sending the email today). Goa is a beach town on the West side of India that was under Portuguese rule from 1510 to 1961. I’ve heard great things about it, evidently it’s where a lot of Indian nationals go for vacation, so it’s touristy, but not overwhelming. We are actually staying with a friend that Ashley met in Hyderabad who has a beach house in Goa. We’ll see, it could be a fabulous experience or a complete bust. Hopefully we'll have good stories for you next week.

I did have a nightmare this week where I had to get everyone in our India office onto a tour bus at a set time, drop them off for a tour, then load them all back up at the same time. Do you think that's my subconscious telling me I have a bigger problem with the scheduling here than I let on?

We are having some problems uploading our Taj Mahal pictures to the website, but we will continue to work on it. In the meantime, I attached a picture of Claire on a four wheeler at Runway 9, the go-carting place.

We are eagerly waiting for December 4th to arrive so we can see you all again.

Sorry for such a short email this week, I’ll write more next week.

Sincerely,Julianna Ehlers
