OK, I am watching a cool phenomenon unrolling in front of me here in the office today.

There are 6 guys hanging a picture on the wall here in the ATC office. I think I have most of their rolls figured out:

One guy is most definitely the supervisor, he has a pencil, but has not used it yet.
One guy is running the pencil and is responsible for holding the wires for the drill in the outlet.
Drill guy.
2 picture holders.
one guy with a broom that is ready to swing into action when the drilling stops.

Looks like everyone has work, they have a plan and are ready to rock.

They did not like me asking them to wait for my employees to be off the phone before they start drilling, but I think that is best.
